The media is dangerously and extremely biased.
This is so obvious to me, that I continually struggle within myself for conviction because I can’t understand why so many good people can be so horribly wrong, and comfortable with it. The harshness of this statement surely leads you to wonder if I’ve even considered the alternative, which is that I am actually the one who is horribly wrong, and everyone else is right.
I think, not.
Give me this one chance to prove myself to you.
Look for patterns within the “news” by reviewing multiple versions of the same stories from various sources. Look for contradictions.
Now jumping to a certain conclusion, I think the vast majority of mass “purchased” media (such as cable TV, newspapers, news magazines, and stuff for sale) is slanted blatantly to the left. The “left” has scored some points by hammering misrepresentations of the facts over and over again on your TV set. The “right” isn’t perfect of-course, and has been caught making mistakes. But surely the “left” isn’t perfect either, yet the biased media doesn’t cover “mistakes” equally.
Nor do they cover “successes” equally!
Look for patterns of circular reasoning…..
It’s NOT Okay to stereotype people or “profile” people such as in airport screening and the NSA domestic spying case for which they plan to IMPEACH Bush…..
But it’s OK to “profile” the UAE and disallow the business exchange regarding American ports. This somehow becomes “National Security”
But the “left” will Impeach Bush for taking what he claims to be NATIONAL SECURITY” too far….
Yet the “left” will accuse Bush of FORSAKING NATIONAL SECURITY for some contrived reason to gain money in the ports?
Does Bush go too far with security or does he forsake security?? Which is it??

Bush has told us he considers Iraq the “front line” in the war. (War on terror) Afghanistan WAS the front line at one time. Iran is ABOUT TO BE the front line. Syria MIGHT become the front line. Pakistan MIGHT be the front line. But the military in Iraq is absolutely perfect in a game of chess. Our “Queen” is in the middle of the board (Iraq) and she’s well protected by several pieces. (One piece happens to be our ALLIANCE WITH THE UNITED ARAB EMIRATES!) (Our bases and staging ability at UAE is like a Knight protecting the queen in Iraq)

Is Bush a genius or is he an incompetent fool? Only a GENIUS can create CRONIES and take over the government of the USA. Let me just tell you this, I wish every American was forced to watch this ONE TIME!
That's all it would take, and we would have all out WAR against radical Islam.

I really can’t believe I’m forced to do this, basically rebutting democratic claims that “Bush cooked intelligence,” and “misled us about the link between Saddam and Al Queda,” then “rushed to war,” in the “wrong place at the wrong time.”Give me a break---Although the democrats have sort of withdrawn from their full frontal assault, I am no less enraged and therefore feel compelled to throw ALL THIS back in their faces. Second of all, being an independent, my eyes are not blinded and my judgement is not confounded by a sheer hatred of President Bush. Now if a culture of people has believed in something on the scale of Jesus Christ for dozens and dozens of generations--and taught it to their children, believing it....
Shouldn't we all approach with caution and respect? Well I can vouch for our military--THEY DO!
God is bigger than our human understanding of religion. That's good-- because as a planet of divided cultures, our HUMAN understanding of God is clouded by aggression and foolish radicalism.

Funny how a reporter views things through the prism of "I am important!" In the linked story--this guy makes a reference to WW2 so for me that mean I take off the gloves.
This reporter writes in the most vain way, and probably thinks this song is about HIM. He thinks Iraq is about reporters, and the most telling factor is how fast the troops are getting news....if that's what he calls the mainstream production (slanted and corrupt)

I wish to discuss a very brilliant observation I have just made while navel-gazing about the U.S.A and our foreign policy. The observation is brilliant because we must first consider the smoke screen through which we must attempt to see. It’s a smokescreen of “dislike” by the liberal mainstream media! So what portrayal is made by the likes of MSNBC? We see reports of massive protests in India and Pakistan. We hear liberals speak of the President as a “blundering idiot” who has led us into a phoney war that is soon to erupt into a civil war, he was “asleep at the switch” during a hurricane, and he may have contrived the events of 9-11.
My observation continues….these are the same attacks I observed PRIOR to 9-11!!
Anyway—I digress.
President Bush (Hurricanes aside) is CURRENTLY navigating the most labor intensive portion of his Presidential administration! He’s making the very “tough” foreign relations trip right now. The passifists in this country wanted the USA to remain neutral and stay out of the war. For no good reason, Japan just attacked our asses. The passifists blamed our foreign policy! So how did we eventually beat Japan? (Because don’t forget, German surrendered first—the war didn’t end until we beat Japan) by nuking them? The first of two atomic bombs exploded over Hiroshima on August 6th 1945. This is what the hateful and condemning liberals WANT you to remember—WE NUKED THEM!
But did you know—our incendiary (normal bombs) bombing runs killed MORE Japanese than the two atomic bombs? They wouldn’t freakin surrender people! We terrified their asses into surrender! Victory came by superior firepower. Don’t believe me? Let’s look at the “normal” bombing runs leading up to Hiroshima….
May 24th, 1945: American bombers drop 3545 TONS of explosives on central Tokyo and industrial targets south of the city, killing thousands. 4 days later Japan launches an air strike against US forces in Okinawa.
March 27th, 1945: B-29 superfortresses start bombing Japanese metropolitan islands DAY and NIGHT
March 9th, 1945: 334 B-29 bombers (OVER THREE HUNDRED!!) bomb Tokyo and kill over 80,000. (The equivalent of 25 of our 9-11’s) (ONE day)
SO WHAT’S MY POINT???
