He was arguing with his wife, claimed to have a bomb in his carry-on, and was acting erratically. He was shot and killed by Air Marshals.

As a prediction of how the libs will USE this story, I offer a satire......
"What a brilliant scam the Air Marshals are running here, empowered by the Bush administration, the Patriot Act, and Halliburton, a scam whereby they can kill any American citizen at will. Yes, they can shoot and kill anyone for any reason. They can rob you of your most important freedom-the freedom to live and breath. (Even if the air IS polluted by big oil company fallout) They can kill you anyday, then simply blow up your carry-on, claim that YOU claimed to have a bomb, and the evidence or lack thereof is destroyed! The perfect murder.
Anyway--Satire over---
Liberals such as Nancy Pelosi will now call for the disarming of Federal Air Marshalls. After all, there isn't really a terrorist threat--especially once we pull out of Iraq and reinstate Saddam Hussein.
They will assuredly point to Bush's policies in the homeland and claim "Bush misled us all about the threat--to get us into Iraq"
